Destiny Cookus is the Head Choir Director at Hudson Middle School and teaches the Chamber Tenor-Bass Choir and A Cappella Choir. She also co-teaches Concert Tenor-Bass and Bel Canto. This is her 12th year of teaching. She graduated with a degree in Choral Music Education from Baylor University. She previously taught Elementary Music and Choir in Allen ISD and China Spring ISD and has previous middle school choir experience in Waco ISD. She is ecstatic about continuing Hudson Middle School's tradition of choral excellence and, more importantly, about fostering a love of singing and of community among her students.

Savanna Singleton (Ms. Sing) is the Associate Choir Director at Hudson Middle School. She teaches 6th Grade Tenors, and 6th Grade Treble. She also co-teaches Concert Tenor-Bass and Bel Canto. This will be her 2nd year of teaching. She graduated with honors from the University of North Texas College of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education in 2024. Ms. Sing performs professionally with many professional choral ensembles around North Texas and is very excited to share her passion for singing and musicianship with the students at Hudson for another year.
